Public system status page and new incident management platform
We believe transparency is essential to be a trustworthy and successful software service provider. Along with this aspiration, we have made our system status page public, where you can check the reliability of our platform with historical uptime and performance timeline. We have also introduced a new incident management platform on which we will communicate planned service maintenance periods and possible service outages - the latter hopefully very rarely -. This platform is also integrated with our Twitter account - where we regularly post company and product news - so it’s worth following us.

Check out our server status reports, and start following us on Twitter.
