PersonaTool for Trello makes it straightforward to define, refine, co-work with, and share personas right in Trello, where teamwork happens. It helps your team members work with the users in mind.
When adding a new user story or task card to your task list, ask the following questions: Who is this user story for? How important is this work item for that user? Make the answers visible and explicit with the help of PersonaTool by defining, then assigning personas to cards and adjusting the importance of the task for the persona. It can help your team prioritize and think about what functionality or special cases they might need to consider for each user story or task card.
PersonaTool also enables you to inspect and adapt your work focusing on the delivered customer value. Any time you can overview and review what is on the table and has been done for each persona.
